Remote Learning Information and Resources

We believe that children learn best in a classroom environment being taught by a qualified Teacher. However, with the current Covid-19 pandemic there will be individual children (or children from the same household) who are not in school because they are self-isolating and are awaiting a test or test result.. Our Remote Learning Policy details the arrangements we have in place to support their learning while they are at home.

We also have in place a Contingency Plan that describes the arrangements that we will put in place in the event of a whole bubble/bubbles isolation, whole school isolation or local lockdown. As part of the arrangements, each Friday we will publish the weekly overview for each class which will given parents and children who are self-isolating an indication of what is being taught the following week in the classroom and therefore the type of activities they will be asked to do at home. They will also receive a Learning Pack to support the learning process.
