e-Safety

At home and school children have access to many different types of internet communication for both entertainment or learning purposes. It is important that children are made aware of disadvantages as well as advantages of using the internet and that they become safe, respectful and responsible internet users.

To help ensure that children use the internet safely parents and pupils are asked to sign up to the Schools Responsible Internet Use rules. On occasion the school invites the E-Safety Officer from Northamptonshire County Council to comes into school to speak to the child and staff about safe internet use. Please see our E-Safety Policy for more information.
